why is it that he can make so many clones at his age? to make many clones, one must have a large amount of chakra. but he is a kid and for that matter i don't get it. some jounins can't even make such clones. why him?

i know about that but he's still just a kid. i doubt Asuma could do that.

The Sarutobi Clan is known for having a LARGE CHAKRA CAPASITY. The only other known members are the 3rd Hokage--no need to elaborate; and Sasuke Sarutobi, whom name was so great Sasuke Uchiha was named after him, and thats a whole different clan. I'm sure he was a F'ing BEAST as well.
