How about Tayuya's genjutsu? That could immobilize them until he summons Madara.

Deidara can't activate CO before he's Totsuka'd and if Kabuto vomits himself, he'll still be drawn in and Nagato can rip out his soul.

actually whats stopping kabuto from just ending the technique, leaving him as the only one still there?
