jinchuurikis' story

as we know we only have naruto and gaara (full) story. but what about others jinchuuriki? (other than the mizukage) lately i found a few episodes that related to utakata the 6th jinchuuriki but i thought filler has nothing to do with the manga. could it be that other jinchuurikis story will be revealed in anime only? is there any chance that it would be in manga? :-/ we have never read about their story. i donno if we can actually relate anime with manga?

So if something happens in anime that didn't happen in manga, it's still canon? In my opinion it is, expect fillers.

Eh really? O__o I'm not really into Naruto's anime due to its filler but I really want to know about other jinchuurikis

Kishi has said himself that hes influenced a lot by anime. He probably designed the character for them or went along with it.
