In the fight with Sasuke and Naruto, Sasuke gets Itachi's illness. Kishi trolls us yet again.

Naruto dies a virgin (or dies before doing it with Hinata)
Sasuke has nothin else to live for and kills himself (I mean, who is he going to have revenge on now? The ramen guy for having a fly in his ramen?)
Sakura becomes like Tsunade.
Or, in my hope:
Sasuke takes over Otogakure and rebulds his caln there (no civil wars in Konoha) (kind of like Orochimaru, but has the power of Madara, and the heart of Itachi) (Itachi doesn't die and joins Sasuke in Otogakure). Marries Sakura or Ino (the only two who really gives a crap about him now, besides Kakashi, Jugo, Suigetsu, and Naruto)
Karin Marries Suigetsu, and along with Naruto, rebuilds the Uzumaki clan.
Suigetsu gets all the swords and his kids get one a piece, and they all become the new 7 swords man.
Jugo is able to control himself with ease, but otherwise unimportant.
Naruto marries Hinata and he becomes 7th Hokage (after Kakashi). But he retires and gives his spot to Konohamoru (who finally surpasses him). He then travels like Jiraiya with Hinata (who is pregnant) by his side.
Sakura becomes Tsunade number two. A) becomes Sasuke's top medic (but still weaker than Neji). She marries Sasuke. Or B) She marries Lee and becomes the top medic in Konoha.
Sai becomes stronger than Deidara and takes over root. He is able to use clay also. He either marries Ino or is gay.
Kiba becomes the head of the Inuzuka clan.
Shino becomes head of Amburame clan.
Hinata marries Naruto and becomes pregnant, before traveling with him. Hanabi becomes head of the Hyugga clan.
Shikamaru marries Temari, and Gaara and Kankuro are overprotective. He becomes head of Nara clan.
Choji becomes head of Akimichi clan, but mainly retires from being a shinobi due to the fact he likes to cook.
Ino becomes the second best Doctor In Konoha or Otogakure (depending on if she marries Sai or Sasuke). Rivals Sakura like Tsunade vs Mei.
Neji becomes the "Neji of the Byakugan", otherwise known as, "The Second Coming Of Copycat Ninja, Kakashi"....except he's stronger than base sanin, and only loses to Itachi and the sanin because of susanoo, regeneration ability, hydra mode, and sage mode.
Lee becomes the second gai and either marries Sakura, single, or marries Gai.
Tenten marries Neji and becomes the most renown weapon specialist. She takes over Anko's job, but is much stronger and smarter.
Gaara marries Matsuri and becomes stronger than most of the kages.
Kankuro becomes the best puppet master and marries Sari.
Temari marries Shikamaru and becomes a jonin of a squad. She tortures Shikamaru along with his mother.
