Eldest Son of SO6P is Tobi question

I haz a question that I am dying to figure out why. Well, the eldest son was born with the Sage's "Eyes" which means that he was born with Rinnegan, correct? Lets say Tobi IS SO6P Elder son. Tobi would have to have given away both of his rinnegan somehow. He got one of the rinnegan from nagato as stated in the manga. And Why would tobi want to give up his rinnegan for 2 sharangan ? Please answer anything that may be right, I don't know about any of this @_@ :shrug::shrug::shrug::shrug:
