hashiramas power was a myth which meant nobody believed that he was so strong. hashirama was called the strongest shinobi.

It's a fact that Hashirama has bringer-of-darkness, wood release, instant healing, Tsunade-like strength, water and earth release, and Flower Tree World.
It's a fact that Hiruzen has Enma, Shadow Shuriken jutsu, Reaper Death Seal, fire and earth release.
