Madara. Let's not forget that pretty everything Naruto's shown with his BM can be countered with Preta path (TBB, chakra arms, etc. Even a blitz attempt can be countered with Preta path, like Nagato did to Bee).
Oh, and since Madara's edo, meteors = GG. Unless Nagato's also edo, that'll turn the fight into Madara vs Nagato.

How Naruto blast everything away with Preta path and Perfect Susanoo on Madaras side ? And how the heck Madara can't see Nagato ? What the hell ? Only Tobi has "ghost mode" and it still can be countered. Madara has Rinnegan which grants elements, paths and other stuff plus he's more skilled.

It is true, Madara developed it himself and knew all weaknesses of it. He is the most strongest and most talented Uchiha so yeah he did perfected it more than Nagato would ever could.
