Edo's Chakra?

Does anyone have any idea how edo's produce chakra or what their chakra is based on?

Also if someone completely runs out of chakra they die but edo's can't die so what happens then? This is why I am unsure if edo's have unlimited chakra or not.

i guess they have limited chakra... that limit is what they used to have when they were alive, and we heard from oro that during a shinobis lifespan, he/she only uses a little portion of that amount of chakra they actually can use, we see him making ppl use that portion of chakra that would be unused by placing that cursed seal mark.. if kabuto uses that on the edos then it would be possible to have a very large amout of chakra...
And also about the regeneration of the edos, i think that it consumes chakra so maybe if they are completly out of chakra then they can no longer regenerate? :shrug:

I bet they die if they use up all their chakra. BUT AS EDOS THEY WILL JUST COME BACK TO LIFE. Sasuke asked Itachi if he could still use Susano'o, and he said yes he can. This i assume is because his chakra is NOT unlimited, and he could "die" if he uses it all. This is important b/c when Itachi "dies" it leaves a small opening for him to be controlled by Kabuto.

I disagree, why does naruto have a limit for his SM then?

from what i understand kabuto continuously absorbs nature chakra like juugo , naruto could be on that level but he would need ma and pa to absorb the chakra for him

@op - weve seen edo's like muu show fatigue so i dont think their chakra is necessarily limited but its not a bottomless well like some people would think, my opinion is that the chakra kabuto puts in to et helps them regenerate chakra to an extent , but im not really sure :shrug:

Kabuto's sage mode is not endless as u said, but i guess it's maybe because he can absorb sage chakra whithout the need of immobility.
If naruto learns a better way of absorbing nature chakra without immobility or making kagebunshins then it would kinda be concidered as having unlimited chakra

I agree with what you are saying oro did say this when they are edo's it probably taps into that hidden chakra people when they are alive never tapped into. Only using a little portion of what they are capable of.

Ohh ok I get what your saying so they die for a short period of time then come back to life. But when this happens are they at full chakra levels? what do you think?

This is true in our world, but this might be different in the naruto world. Well kishi did say in an interview that edo tensei is a fantasy element of naruto so maybe we just shouldn't worry about where they get chakra from lol.

Edo madara made me think of how edo's get chakra because it seems he has unlimited chakra, Senju DNA must help but still I he doesn't even look a bit tired.

The amount of Sage chakra that is absorbed is not unlimited and needs to be replenished at a constant rate. It is unlimited in nature, though. This means that if a user can constantly replenish their Sage chakra as they use it, they can stay in Sage mode indefinitely. Jiraiya did this through the two elder toads and presumably, Kabuto can use the snake that is attached to him. The reason that Naruto has a limit is that he uses Shadow Clones, which are not physically attached to him and although they are constantly absorbing natural energy, he has to disperse each clone in order to absorb the energy.

Yh I don't ever think I have seen an edo tired.

I think I have it now because they are edo's they have unlimited stamina so this in turn means they would have unlimited chakra.

Hmm I think he said he would Anko to boost his chakra to strengthen edo tensei something about it being oro's chakra. I don't think it was to provide the edo's with chakra

I guess this is all the proof we need, can you provide the page maybe he didn't say exactly that. Anyway if they don't have unlimited chakra, do you have any idea what happens when the completely run out? Because alive shinobi die.
