Unfortunately, too varied to predict. 1st and 2nd are brothers; teachers of the 3rd. The 3rd and 4th are great friends/teacher-student. So what happens? Would the third attempt to seal the first or second to improve the chances of the 4th?

Here's what I believe: Minato would win. And my answer is not based on my opinions, but rather on Hiruzen's. When Orochimaru summoned the Kage's to fight Hiruzen, and Hiruzen realized what was happening, Hiruzen had to risk everything to stop the summoning of Minato because he knew at that point he would have no chance. So that means he thought he had a chance against the first and second, but no chance against the 4th. The only way Hiruzen even won was by using the technique taught to him by Minato.

I think it is Minato < Hashirama < Hiruzen < 2nd
