i really couldnt figure out though how the guy let the another dude eat his face. was he knocked out? i can understand if he got bit but the news said his face was eaten. im invisioning the homeless dude had forks and knifes in hand with a paper towel tucked in his shirt.

Actually there is a chance. In my country, surgeons have managed to completely reconstruct a face of someone who had been told they would have to live with practically no face for the rest of his life.
So who knows? Maybe this guy's face can be reconstructed
