[Theory] Orochimaru's legacy

Okay, i have two theories. Now these are just predictions, i'm not Kishi. But in my opinion Orochimaru was killed off to easily.

1) There must be a reason Itachi ended up fighting Kabuto. Kabuto is an intelegent guy. If he didnt want to end up fighting him, he wouldnt have. That being said, I think Kabuto plans on freeing Orochimaru by making him use the susanoo and freeing Orochimaru either by intencifing the Edo jutsu and controling him to free Oro. Or by getting Itachi to use susanoo and using some special jutsu.

2) Kabuto stated that Oro always wanted to master the Dragon Sage, but his body could not handle it. So my first instinct was, he wanted Kabuto to master this mode so he can use his body as a vesel. Oro set up almost all of his village member to use they're bodies as a vesel. I believe the scroll that Suigetsu found is of Oro's plans. I mean, he was the main villan for the whole Naruto series and for part of the Shippudden series. He was an Anbu ninja, Sanin, Akatsuki, and created his own village. To overlook his acheivments and huge part in the story is assinine.

p.s. I'm not even much of a Kabuto or Orochimaru fan. I just have thought this for a while.

I completely understand number two and that could be true but i do not believe for one second that Kabuto will be able to release Oro no matter what he tries on Itachi, that's just not what i imagine Kishi doing... and i think Kabuto only took on Itachi and Sasuke because he believed he could defeat them because otherwise, i'm fairly certain he wouldn't make such a drastic and gutsy move without a back-up plan, he's a strategist not a brash person.

I know what you mean. Number 2 was the theory i have most faith in.

I also think Kabuto was a little to arrogant for his own good. He thought he could take on both Uchihas, but he was obviously outmatched. BUT, if he did think he could take on both of them he MUST have something else up his sleave. Something big.

#2 is possible, with the whole taking over as Kabuto is pressed against the wall. Another reason why this would make sense is because izanami should cancel as it doesnt pertain to him.

I was right!! q: Lawl, nah but seriously, i think if Kabuto wanted to release Oro he would have done iht as soon as he used Edo Tensei to revive Itachi and not waited until Itachi basically freed himself...
