Someone explain 5 Kage combo attack to me?

Sorry I have tried to re read it alot but can someone please explain to me that last combo attack the 5 kage pulled on Madara?
As in who did exactly what attack and what is with those electric water bullets?

that ain't exactly it, first it was Jinton (Tsunade and Onoki), than Water Dragon with Sand (Mei and Gaara), than it was Water Bubbles with Lightning (Mei and A)

Kishi only showed how retarted kages are compared to Madara, he wanted to show that team work can get you far but that power will overcome teamwork .
