No sleeping during training, only I can do that. Now, that aside tell me everything and anything you knw about the Lightning Element. You may use Wiki, but please do not copy/paste.
Lightning Release - One of the 5 basic elements - its main uses can involve paralyzing an opponent, which would help executing the users next move without the opponent being able to counter, infused with bladed weapons such as swords, kunai if pierced it can numb a portion of the opponents body with distrupts chakra flow making it impossible to perform a jutsu, while very effective the speed of this is much slower than using a normal lightning based attack leaving it possible to counter.
Lightning Release can also be used as a defense...stopping certain attacks from having any or little effect and causing a chance to hurt the oppenent if contact is made.
Its Weakness is Wind & Strong against Earth

Indeed.
Now why is it weak against wind, and strong against earth. Also can you name some Raiton techniques that appeared in the Anime/Manga, and how they were used by the known user(s).
Wind: It is weak against this element due it being a electrical insulator meaning it resist's such properties of an electric charge.
Earth: It is strong against this element due it being able to travel around/through the solid & break it apart.

This technique is used by Spreading a lightning current around the body then discharging it throughout the area attacking multiple short ranged opponents

This Technique is used by manipulating lightning chakra into their hand and then expanding it forming a hound while also keeping it connected to the user's hand and controlling its movments

This is a unique Example due it being used by 2 twin swords acting as conductors; you gather lightning chakra to the swords and release it into clouds allowing to cause lightning strikes to any position desired by the user

Sorry for my lateness, but good.
*Thunder clouds form around us, with lighting striking down from the clouds above. We are also suddenly standing on a mountain top*
Now sit down and meditate on everything you just told me about lightning.

As I start to collect myself from the sudden terrain change (which senpai did not mention

)I start to calm myself down by taking in deep breathes,
I place myself on the floor with my legs crossed and my back straightened up.
I stay to my deep breathing & think of what Raiton is & how it influences my chakra/body.

Come to understand the natural power that is lightning. It is a power in nature that many fear, and more do not understand. Continue to meditate solely on the characteristics of lightning for a while longer (The characteristics being what you told me earlier.)
As I stay in a meditated state, I start to distinguish Raiton's characteristics.
Raiton's main advance over the other elements, is its ability to paralyze an opponent by sending courses of electrical currents through the body unbalancing chakra & numbing nerves leaving the body in a shocked state.
Raiton's speed at which it is at times almost impossible to keep your eyes locked on also making it hard to react too, leaving only a small chance to dodge or defend against.
I start to picture its ability to react against Earth jutsu's, imagining it breaking through the earth in an almost stabbing motion easily breaking it apart, also explaining itself to why it has no effect against Wind.
I also start to think on its relationship to Water & how it is not as much of a weakness to lightning but more of a power boost

Good, now with that understanding begin to change the nature of your chakra by speeding up the rate of vibration in your chakra flow.
I begin by focusing on my chakra, Solely on the control and motion of it & have it flow in a stabilized manner helping give me a better visual image of the cirulation of my chakra system.
I then speed the flow of my chakra back to a faster pace, while doing so the chakra starts to move in a unstable motion.
After awhile I begin to have a better control over the chakra having its vibrations move at a faster pace, slightly feeling sharp stings around my nerves and minor shocks across my body.
I stay in the same continuous cycle until I feel comfortable with it.

Good, your doing it!
Now, cause it to crackle at your fingertips.
As I carry on focusing my lightning chakra across my body I hold my hands out, I start to concentrate my chakra around my fingers causing small sparks to emerge through my fingertips.
After awhile I concentrate harder on my chakra causing me to push out more lightning leading to a small electrical surge to release from my fingers.
As i do this I look up to see if the outcome was succesful enough to move on

Soory for my delay, I was dealing with some stuff in RL
Anyway, nicely done-Next step, infuse it into a kunai and throw it at that tree over there! If done correctly, the kunai should easily break through the tree.

After I pull out my Kunai, I start to channel my chakra through my hands & into the kunai, doing so I try to maintain a balanced flow of chakra around my kunai compressing it to be as sharp & flat as possible, after I get a handle on the flow I start to focus my lightning chakra through my fingertips & into the kunai ..After a while the kunai is surrounded by Lightning chakra as I see this I look up at the tree, move my arm back & then swing it across throwing my kunai towards the tree...

You just learned your first Raiton technique.
The next one is a bit more complicated, as it focuses on channeling your raiton chakra through a medium (The Earth). Concentrate your lightning element chakra to your palm and cause it to crackle-then slam your hand on the ground and channel the chakra through the earth and towards my clone. If done correctly the lightning should climb up my clones feet from a distance away, paralyzing him temporarily, as well as hurting him to the point that he dissipates soon afterwards.

As I see the clone I face towards it & begin to focus on my chakra across my body, doing this I start to manipulate the chakra around my arm forcing small surges of lightning chakra to push through from my arm towards my hand creating sparks to emerge around my fingers & palm.
As the lightning chakra spreads across my hand I focus harder trying to compress the chakra to just flow around my palm causing Small crakles to form across it, I then kneel down & drive my hand towards the ground causing a surge of lightning to form making its way towards your clone

Good, next.
Now for the next technique, begin to mold your raiton chakra (Externally). Have it coat your body, similar to the way you wrap a blanket around your body on the coldest of winter nights.
I begin to focus my raiton chakra throughout my body & at the same time keeping it at an even level all the way around, as I do this currents of electricity starts to surge across my body. I start to focus more chakra to cause the surges to expand and coat my whole body. As i stand my raiton chakra completely surrounds me.
