As my last move doesn't require handseals and I don't have to switch natures I can easily build chakra in my hand as well and throw a huge ball of lightning at you so if you countered with an s rank move of your own it would hit you before you could build more chakra*

*As soon as you start forming the cloud (note that your dragon bulets have yet to attain me), I perform a single hand seal, and generate Chidori Raikiri. At this point your dragons hit the barier, and get crushed on it. The Barrier phades for a milisecond, and then reapears. Then, the Raiton from your cloud fals on me, and I, using Raikiri, redirect it, and defend against it. Also, the barrier I previously activated provides me with aditional protection, so I am not harmed.*

*As soon as the balls hit each other, an explosion is created, that makes a huge impact till mid range. I am protected by my forcefield, but you get hit by it, and thrown to long range. Wile you are getting hit, I throw several shuriken towards you*
PS: To gather Raiton towards the sky and create a cloud you need time. It might not need handseals, but it's not instand, as you say... Due to the timing of the activation of Raikiri, I have enough time to generate the Raiton Great Lighting. Note that my speciality is Lighting
PS2: Not only strong... Kumo is the strongest! U_U Our kage can solo vilages by himself... You're lucky to be alive, if you met him... O_O He must have been in a good mood...
As I see you Blocking lightning bolts I can't help but laugh at how funny it looks. I also have time to form a plan and as I see you begin to shoot out the lightning ball with my sharingan I perform one handseal and I also focus chakra into my feet for the impact I know is coming as I exhale a small fireball the impact happens and the chakra in my feet slows down my push to long range. The fireball then hits the ground and explodes into a massive flame storm
Incinerating you and destroying your barrier at the same time. However you wouldnt know until it's too late as the lightning filled with chakra blocked your view and the fireball started out small

While moving backwards slower than usual due to the chakra in my feet I quickly emit a spear of lightning from my mouth that goes with the fire aimed directly at your heart. If you move it will split and hit you this goes along with the fire making another s rank attack and of course due to the massive fire storm you can't see this while I step back into mid range*

I was hoping you would have used Plasma Ball... Right now, you have been caught in the explosion, and burned to a crisp by it... As the impact wave moves faster than the heat wave, you would have survived if you did not focus chakra on your feet to hold your ground... But now, you practically suacided, by forcing your way in the explosion...
It's been a wile, goku! I see you haven't joined Kumo yet...
