Hii guys its not exactly full tutorial its just showing what are the process goes into making a good looking avatar from just normal it took almost 1 hour so i speed it by 500 Times so u guys can see in 5 min i will make brief tutorial in every thing later for now if u r curious on how they make avy, signature here it is .

basically it was made for another website and u know atleast in naruto base they allow upto 500kb size

but there it must be within 150kb and max dimension is 150x 150

u can see how hard is to make within 150kb xd

Yeah I find those kind of pictures not fit for avatars. Better to make a siggy with that style. But it seems hard(easy for you maybe xD) and well made.
