Option 1
We'll be seeing Madara probably very soon (1-3 chapters at most), seeing that Edo Tensei is about to end. We have to see how Madara will escape deteriorating along with the other Edos, so I'm betting on seeing him in the next chapter or so (assuming Itachi ends Edo Tensei in the next chapter). I'm assuming that we'd see Madara escaping Edo Tensei before seeing Itachi and Sasuke have their talk, since Kishi can't really prolong Edo Tensei's release reaching Madara for that long.
So if Option 1 happens, I'm betting on 1-3 chapters before we see Madara, because Kabuto might retaliate a little more, and Kishi might add in prolonged conversation.
OR
Option 2
Sasuke will kill Kabuto, or Kabuto will somehow end up dying, therefore keeping Itachi alive (assuming that he would go along with Edo Tensei). From there, we'll first be seeing Sasuke and Itachi have a long (and possibly boring) talk about the Uchiha Clan and relative stuff. THEN, the manga will most likely go back to Madara raping the Kages, seeing that Tobi vs Naruto seems to be the most important fight at the moment.
So if Option 2 happens, I'm betting on 3+ chapters before we see Madara, because Itachi and Sasuke will have to talk first.
