well lets start

if IZANAMI requires loosing an eye sight to use the jutsu and that goes to IZANAGI too whats the point of naming the sharingan eternal when you transplant another sharingan eyes in your arsenal if your going to loos sight of it . perhaps Itachi loose his left eyesight because he didnt have the eternal so that mean that if you have the EMS you could use IZANAGI and IZANAMI as many times you want:shrug::shrug:

That might be why the Izanami was created as Uchihas who gained EMS spammed Izanagi so like Itachi said they where put into Izanami to stop them

Why ? Mangekyou takes the light slowly after using it too much, Eternal Mangekyou doesn't do that, you can use it ( Susanoo, Amaterasu ) how much you want but your eyes won't get blinded.

But Izanagi and Izanami requires any secrifice of eye, no metter MS or EMS, but maybe Rinnegan can hold it without loosing an eyesight..

Izanagi is a normal Sharingan tech that doesn't require MS. EMS makes sure you won't go blind from the use of MS techniques. Izanami however, is the complete opposite and I'll go out on a limb and say it requires MS.

You get to use other techniques such as Amaterasu and Susano'o like Sasuke without losing your eyesight.

We don't know sasuke and madara are the only to people we have seen with EMS and they haven't used anything like this yet.

maybe back the day many uchiha's were quick to use izanagi even though the situation didnt call for it... that why it was meant to save and PUNISH those who abused it...

izanami/izanagi do not require MS, but senju and uchiha blood apparently. loosing their sight just seems like a minor cost for izanami, like you said before, because they can just transplant another eyeball like Tobi did after using inzanagi. unfortunately, the only person known to have a stock of fresh eyes are sauce* and Tobi -.- and the only people alive that have the possibility of using that technique is Tobi :sy: atm and most likely sauce* because someone is bound to give him a power-up somewhere along the lines of senju dna.
