Well, Bee wears him down by himself then eventually transforms into Gyuki, and since Bee already did a lot of the work Gyuki easily triumphs over Raikage, since he couldn't take anything more than Gyuki the first time and was knocked out from just him.

And you know...the whole part about A being here as well along with Killer bee and Gyuki when 3rd Raikage only tied with the rampaging evil bijuu version of Hachibi...
