lol even IF Sasuke wanted to Hokage it wouldn't matter since lets see he attacked the Kages than killed the Hokage(he didn't but they think he did) and is in akastuski and almost captured eight tails and is a missing nin and unless they want a war with kiri sasuke will NEVER be hokage.....and read the damn manga Uchihas weren't in the government.....that was one of the reason why they planned coup....Either kakashi or Naruto and knowing Kakashi it will be Naruto.
