Actually, I read in an interview where Masashi Kishimoto where said that Shikamaru needed to grow up, Naruto needed to grow up. And he said that Sakura will need to grow up — or something close to that. And he said that Lee does not need to grow up or that he is already grown up. So from what he said it seems like Tsunade might die soon. And that Guy will not die. But things could change, because you make a really good point about him using the 8 gates.
