Then Sasuke goes on and fights with Itachi, where he becomes exhausted and dry up his chakra reserves. At this point Oro takes over and starts fighting Itachi.

Now we safely conclude that he is sealed away and can't be summoned again by Edo tensei. or can we...

In this picture a white snake strangely similar to one who detached itself from Oro get burned by Amatoruze.

So Oro didn't get sealed away, he died! so he can come back by Edo Tensei or some other jutsu.
