Is Orochimaru the weakest Sannin?

When were Tsunade, Jiraiya and Orochimaru young, Orochimaru was smarter then Tsunade and Jiraiya. Hiruzen knew it that Orochimaru will be probably stronger than them and he wanted to give him the Hokage post. But when Orochimaru's parents died, he changed his mind and became heartless.
Jiraiya was able to learn SM. He is very strong, fast, inteligent and with his SM he is one of the strongest ninja.
Tsunade became the Hokage. Her healing ninjutsu is on the greatest level. She is able to healing the biggest injury without one hand seal.
And Oro? He did not get a chance to show his true power.
Do you think that Oro will show his power in manga or he died as the weakest of Sannin?

With two edo perfected non toying Hashirama and tobirama, he can probably solo both jiraya and tsunade at the same time...

Bod , flower world etc...Not to mention, he would have had fourth kazekage's edo also, since he killed him right before the fight started... And he CAN control 3 edos since he was trying to revive minato..

Orochimaru is the strongest Sanin, but i dont count Edo Tensei as ones power
He was taking Jiraiya and Tsunade on in part 1
But sadly Tsunade was the only one at full power then
Orochimaru couldnt use his hands/Ninjutsu
And Jiraiya was sorta intoxicated

That's the way I've always viewed it. But, imo the gap between 1 and 2 is much smaller than 2 and 3.

Jiraya most likely wouldn't get to go into sm..snakes couunter frogs.. we saw that manda would have trashed gamabunta in that fight...Jiraya is left with his fire and oil jutsu etc.. things that can't harm oro.... Oro by hype has alot of jutsu, genjutsu, ninjutsu, he dedicated his life to it, we just didn't see alot of him.. since for most the show his hands have been sealed...

But without edos he was able to take the fourth kazekage, who soloed a bijuu...
HE'S strong... Jiraya needs too much time to get into sagemode, which is why he uses his summons to stall for him.. but what if his summons are countered by other summons? Not to mention Oro has his hydra form and white snake form, white snake lets out toxins to everyone around it.. which will affect jiraya..

He's the strongest, but not by much as Jman is right behind him (excluding Edo).

There are many reasons why Orochimaru is strongest and why he reminds in my 10 top.

The abilities he possess are unquie and very effective, and if he wasn't able to fully display his ability using snakes Kabuto has.

Oro not only mastered a number of techniques but is high in genjutsu and has created his own dimension.

Immortality, 8 branch, sealing, slithering mode, wind release, intelligence, an array of snakes, sword men, unpredictably, etc. in fact the list can go on and there only a few that would undoubtably defeat him and even that wouldn't be an easy task.

His Edo are added fuel to his greatness, as he possess two of the strongest shinobi to have possibly existed.

I hate him being there but I'm afraid Oro is the strongest Sannin. This coming from a J-man fanboy.

With no arms, we was able to beat a weakened J man and Tsunade but at full strength he probably couldn't do the same without Edo Tensei.
He's a sneaky bastard via white snake techniques and regenerations and can tank pretty much anything and triple rashomen anything he can't. Even without Edo Tensei, he's ridiculously strong.
