Sharingan Theory=How to get it?

I have no solid proof, but based on everything I have seen in Naruto (I have still not caught up with the manga, im in the 550's chapters) and reasonable speculation.

Could it be possible for a non-uchiha to awaken the sharingan. Not surgical transplant, but a "sharingan jutsu"?

The right chakara flow to the eyes, the right hand seals... With enough research couldn't this be done?

The Rinnengan can be awakened in anyone regardless of linage, perhaps the sharingan can do the same....

What if Orochimaru never got sasuke, maybe with all his medical research he could perhaps come up with a some kind of forbidden jutsu that can "create" a sharingan?

I think this is a very reasonable possibility.

The So6p gave his eyes to a lineage and his body to a lineage. So unless you're a descendant of the eye lineage, (Uchiha) you ain't gettin no Sharingan. Point and case.

Its a blood line limit i doubt it can be done.

It has been said you need the blood line to use those jutsu....if it were true orochi probably would've used Mokuton, without the use of Hashi DNA.

Agree and It is a possibility that research could create similar traits. It is somewhat more of proof as to why many villages (or more of the Leaf Village) went through lengths to try and protect many of their Clans Techniques. (The organization that is ANBU)

Wait a minute. <LOL> Sharingan is indeed a Bloodline Heritage (Kekkei Genkai). It does require chakra upon activation. "Sharingan" Jutsu, however, no, but the User can utilize Jutsu (or Eye Techniques) in its next evolution (MS). Creating the mechanics of Sharingan, those by medical means, would be very complex. It is possible, but it would be a watered down version of the Doujutsu. It is also something you would have to do extensive research on it to try and capture its unique traits. That also means you would need to study, not only, the Doujutsu, but the User's as well.

sharingan is not a 'jutsu', it is a "doujutsu". In the entire Naruto Universe, we have yet to see any character that can create/replicate any of the 3 known doujutsu. (byakugan, sharingan, rinnegan) Any of the Sharingan jutsu require a fully functional sharingan to use the sharingan ninjutsu/genjutsu.

It is still very possible to create a sharingan type jutusu.

If Diedara managed to train his eyes to see through itachi's genjutsu, then the possibilities of EYES+CHAKARA must exist...
