yea cause i wanna make a killer bee bio and i wanna know how much post counts would i need and what would he be able to do.

well, there can be only 1 person as jinchuuriki on the base (meaning 1 naruto, 1 bee,...) new rules for jinchuurikis are prepared to be approved i think, but in the past it was you had to be at least Sannin (4300 posts, something like that) and have permission from both Rei and Nexus to even try the test, the only Jinchuurikis that are taken atm are Gaara and Killer Bee

Yes you can, however it's extremely difficult to be allowed to make one, and there can only be 1 bio of each jinchuuriki in NB.

I personally feel we shuld be able to make a jin bio without the tailed beasst. Overall...... >__> Killer bee might be might be the 2nd hardest

well, yes, you can make bee without Bijuu, but only the one that didn't have it, which means only young Bee

For Jinchi bio's we have very strict rules and requirements and each Jinchi bio can only have one user and we have no intention of changing that. The exceptions are the Jinchi's who have shown to not have been a Jinchi their entire life for example Gaara after the Shukaku got extracted.
