To Supress the Third Raikge :0

We are all aware of the endurance and crazy strength of the Third Raikage. My question is what could hold him down??!!!

Could Garra's sand hold him down? Or would the Focus chakra be too much??

Could The 1st hokage hold him down? Cause he has the cells to control the nine tails but his bijju bomb destroyed the trees easy.. well I mean i think the raikage's focused fingers chakra may be able to just cut them..
