I noticed this recently ... Look closely at 3.30 he manipulated time to throw back that shuriken.. So what do u think did he use Izanagi or not ?

Also he is not using Izanagi neither reversing time ... it's just a portrayal of Sharingan's powers of perception and prediction ....
