Okay first off 5 gates is not unstopable so i do not want any closed discussion
Okay, lee. Lee is a taijutsu master. He would more than likely start off normal and realize the sharingan can keep up with his base mode. In this time i believe kakashi would prepare for the gates by trying to draw blood for his hounds or maybe just scent so they can try to pin him down or slow him in gates. Kakashi is a great analytic ninja and he will use his earth walls and his genjutsu at any opening. I think kakashi would take this one via underground clone fake out. he would get lee of guard or pin him down 1 time and take the win. I think kakashi would have huge problem with gates but would ultimately trap lee.
Kakashi's defenses against his taijutsu would be his crucial use of his kunai in lines. He has that next level subterfuge XD
