Excuse me if I am wrong but what if what is happening currently is all of the part of the Izanami ( may be casted by Tobi ) ??
I've my points, look as Itachi described about Izanami, user needs to record events and then he need to make a move so that the recorded event happens again and after that loosing his light of one eye and casting a Izanami he can loop in between those two events. Right ?
Now we all know Zetsu are recording fights for tobi ( He recorded figh beween Itachi and Sasuke )
Again Recording...!! Is this a coincident ?? Or maybe Kishi is thinking something ahead ??
It might related to Madara since he is alive now. Or even if Edo tensie Ends, Tobi can review him using rinegan . So is Tobi waiting for occurence of some perticular A' event so he can loop A and A' ??
Maybe he wants to retract a decision made by 1st Hokage or Madara or anything else ?
or
If it ends up in infinite loop, it maybe considered as Infinite Tsukoyomi.... ?? So infinite Tsukoyomi might be a version of Izanami ???
What NB thinks about this ? I know its a far long for happen in real but it might be one possibility as Kishi introduced Izanami in detailed, maybe he is trying to foreshadowing something ...
