I doubt it. You probably have to awaken MS, not just have them transplanted. Of course if the eyes had already awakened susanoo then maybe they could use it.

If I'm not mistaken Danzo didn't have eyes capable of the susano. I don't think a non bloodline has the capability of awakening the susano, but if eyes that were capable of the susano (sasuke's for instance) were implanted in a non blood line, I'm not sure what would happen. It's all speculation, but unless it says somewhere that susano requires uchiha blood then it could be possible.
