Can Amaterasu kills Germs, Virsus and Bacteria?

I guess nothing of Uchiha's eye techniques can kill Germs, Viruses and Bacteria.

Itachi would have used Amaterasu to fry his Tuberculosis.... or used Izanagi and Izanami to prevent him from getting Tuberculosis.

How can Itachi use Amaterasu to burn a disease inside his body. why would he use Izanagi and Izanami to sacrifice his eye when he needed it to fight Sasuke, and for sasuke to eventually take his eyes as well?

Amaterasu can kill germs, virsus and bacteria about 90%. Since it's fire and has a tremendous amount of heat. No micro-organism can survive that. On Land or in water, Amaterasu will scorch and boils all bacteria.

Leukemia deals damage to th bones not th lung, tuberculosis deals with chronic coughing which itachi has been doing for a long time, so it's more likely to b tuberculosis than leukemia
