Nagato- he's way more powerful than itachi, his summons are a massive pain, plus he outdoes him in stamina. itachi can't use amaterasu on all the summons, nagato has the multiplying dog, the rhino, the bird, the ox, the centipede, the panda, and then there's gedo mazo. itachi will be forced to use susanoo to defend against shinra tensei, and that will make him a sitting duck for gedo mazo's soul stealing technique.

Hinata- Sakura's only feats lie in her taijutsu, and Hinata is superior in that aspect. Sakura can neither use her strength, nor heal, with her tenketsu blocked.

Itachi- Bee is a great ninja, and he can win against Itachi if he doesn't goof around. But he often makes the wrong choices, and thus will get defeated by either amaterasu or the totsuka sword.
