What Shee said can be misinterpreted. He could have said that Minato's reflexes are on par with Raikage Base. He could have said that Raikage V2 reflexes are greater than Minato's because of V2. He could have said that Minato's reflexes are on par to Raikage V2, but since he's covered in Lighting Chakra, the Sharingan would not be able to read his movements because it disturbs the way the Sharingan reads his movements.

And do you go by what the broad Manga says... or by what a single characters says? If you go by what a single character says... how can Shee really know that? He's not the Raikage, nor is he Minato.

And they have not explained mine either. This whole argument is based on Shee's stupid comment. Even the Raikage admitted that Minato was better than him.

It clearly states "but now that" afterwards, which means that the Raiton Armor has increased Raikage's reflexes even further after the first statement, which was comparing Minato's reflexes to the Raikage's. C says "surprised they could keep up" when comparing Minato and Raikage's reflexes... then says "But now they won't be able to" when commenting on the increase reflexes which Raiton Armor gives. It is a clear as day.

I actually think your quote makes the most sense. No one has yet to comment on it. I belive your right when you say that it appears on whatever the eye can focus on. If that is the case then how can you focus on something you can't see if it is moving so fast?

I don't understand what you are talking about...
If Minato was in the same situation which the Raikage was in (standing still) and Sasuke aimed Amaterasu at him, Minato wouldn't be able to doge in time.
If minato is already moving before the Amaterasu is cast, the obviously he wouldn't need the reflexes. But for that to happen, Minato would need to luckily guess the exact moment when Sasuke uses it, which is very unlikely (since it has been shown you can stall the Amaterasu after the eye bleeds etc).

The fact that the way the Raikage used Lightning Armour to dodge Amaterasu and Minato dodged Raikage's punch is two different things. Raikage stayed out of Sasukes sight with his speed alone. Minato reacted to seeing Raikages punch with his reflexes and activated FTG.

The thing is Amaterasu is instant. Just as instant as FTG.

So how does that prove their reflexes are better than Raikage's? It doesn't. Don't make me have to repost the Sasuke vs Bee example again.

Anytime..it does make perfect sense though, you can't hit something if you can't focus on it. Ama does require the user to see its target to be able to hit it, if you can't see it, then you can't focus on it thus you would not be able to hit it. In the end it is all assumptions and everything is what ones imagination says it is, because one can never prove it. You can't base everything on logic or even the manga because Kishi has controdicted himself on a number of occasions. In theory if Minato can dodge A then by basic logic he should be able to dodge Ama correct?
