Can't Sakura easily learn rasengan?

We all know that she has great chakra control, so can't she use rasengan?

from what we have seen, se never really showed any sort of talent for Ninjutsu, just Substitution and Clone Jutsu (not shadow clones) + i don't think she would be able to combine shape manipulation that well

+ why would she need Rasengan? her fists are on destructive level as Rasengan

Well while she does have the chakra control portion of it down, I don't think she's that proficient in shape manipulation.

technically she can but that would be a waste because rasangan is one of the jutsu that just fits with the person using it. ergo minato, jiraiya and naruto o wait kakashi and last but not least konohamaru

however i always wondered since if sakura can technically learn it why can't hinata or even shino
bug release: rasangan xd

anyway she can but she won't maybe she will but at this time i doubt if anything hinata deserves it since she is fighting hell kiba, neji, and ino. ergo give them a boost to keep up and not be so weak in fight.
but hinata's would be intresting because the question is if she can do it would her kkg mix in like gentle fist and rupture chakra points as well. anyway sakura can learn it but she is not going too
if anything hinata or even kiba have a better chance at learning it from naruto

Why dosen't she know the summoning jutsu? Why dosen't she know FTG? Why dosen't she know s/t jutsu? Because the plot dosen't need her to.
