I don't think neji's palm rotation would be enough for it.
As it is in full power even triple rashomon wouldn't be able to defend.

I would recommend minato's teleportation barrier or hashirama's wood barrier.

But absorbing that much chakra is easily said than done, it also requires proper use of rinnegan. Although if perfectly done it would give him the upper hand, but during that during won't the preta path user be vulnerable to other attacks.
