[Discussion] Naruto a perfect jinchuuriki?

Is Naruto a perfect jinchuuriki? I saw a few other people calling him that on here, I'm not sure if he is or not. He can use bijuu mode, but not for a long time. He only has half of Kurama's chakra, so I wouldn't consider him a perfect one. I'm pretty sure B is the only perfect jinchuuriki. Tell me what you think.

Naruto became a perfect Jinchurriki the moment he unlocked the Kuubi's gate and they started TRULY fighting together. Tobi commented on this when he first realized this happened. Before this, he stole the 9 Tails chakra. Now they talk and fight together and he can get 9 Tails Chakra whenever he wants.

The only perfect jins were/are Sot6p, B and yagura

Yes, he's a perfect Jinchuuriki. I think people are confused because he hasn't mastered Bijuu Mode; that is irrelevant. He became a perfect Jinchuuriki the moment him and Kurama started working together.

Naruto became a perfect jinchuuriki when he befriended Kurama, and they started fighting together. He can now gain complete control over his power because Kurama is willingly backing him up just like with Killer Bee and the 8 Tails.

His skill with the power isn't a factor because skill can always be improved through training and actual battles.
