Ending the Sasuke vs Third Raikage Debate

But think about the diversity of ninja he would have encountered during that fight. Do you really think that sasuke > 10,000 shinobi (all with different skill sets) fighting over 3 days and nights? If sasuke was in that position he would be wrecked after the first day.

Plus the dude brushed off a rasenshuriken like it was nothing, something I don't think susano'o could do unless it was in the highest form.

Sasuke doesnt even have the stamina for a fight that long and 1 finger blade will make susanoo shit xd

What I meant with the rasenshuriken thing is that he is physically strong enough to withstand massive amounts of damage. Its like how he was the only one that A's secretary could teleport, because he essentially has permanent iron skin. Therefore all of sasuke's fire and lightning jutsu are nullified, except kirin but that takes a lot of prep.

Now given that Sasuke has to rely on his doujutsu. Amaterasu is definitely a problem for the raikage, but his physical prowess means he can probably just chill with it for a while. Also we don't know how the amatersu will get through the ultimate shield of lightning.

Sasuke could fall back on genjutsu but the 3rd still uses lightning release armor. This works by stimulating the neural synapses, which many believe allows them to counter genjutsu.

That brings us back to susano'o. Sasuke is good with it but he will get tired eventually. Unlucky for him the raikage has truck loads of stamina and could simply out last him.

When you look at it the 3rd raikage is actually a very bad matchup for sasuke.

Amaterasu still burns the 3rd Raikage through his lightning shield like it did the 4th and if he doesn't want to get burned alive he would extinguish it.

Lightning armour won't break genjutsu it has nothing to do with neural synaspes. To break genjutsu you need someone to disrupt your chakra flow something lightning armour doesn't do.

I think if the guy can solo 10,000 shinobi for 3 days and nights I think he can handle one kid with a sharingan. He does have the ultimate shield and sword after all. He tanked a rasenshuriken like it was nothing.......

Basically just becaue the 3rd defeated many many fodders doesnt mean he can beat sasuke. Due to deidora's abilities he can solo the fodders the 3rd raikage defeated and in fact in a much faster space of time, if he creates c4. That doesnt mean that deidora is stronger than the 3rd raikage and nor is he stronger than sasuke. The uchiha's are generally more proficient in 1 vs 1 situations

First of all you have to know that the 3rd isnt as fast as his son. The 3rd's speed is most likely on par with his son in v1 raiton

If amaterasu hits the raikage he would die. As we saw with A, amaterasu got passed his raiton shroud and he needed to cut his arm before it completely engulfed him. If the 3rd was hit with him, the longer it stays on his body, the more it will spread.

The 3rd body is durable, but it isnt fire proof. You have to realise that his body is more effective against impact jutsu's. Amaterasu isnt an impact jutsu. It will just burn for 7 days and turn him to ash, his body isnt fire proof.

Secondly what do you think will happen if you replace danzo with the 3rd here;

If he got amaterasu on him he would probably just keep going. When karin had it on her it was burning for like a minute, but only managed to go through her cloths. When it was on the samurai it was on their armor (which is made of metal so its kind of like iron skin) and that was burning for a fair while until kankuro pulled the armor off, revealing the samurai was fine. Although amaterasu apparently burns as hot as the sun it also seems to burn very slowly through things. Not sure how that works but yer blame kishi....

Hey Blaze in regards to the last part i would suggest that the 3rd raikage would dodge. Danzo had izanagi up and made no attempt to dodge, since he didn't have to. The 3rd being much faster than danzo I think would be able to dodge the incoming hand.....dam thats a good frame but, who doesn't like danzo getting squished haha

The 3rd Raikage isn't faster than his son so I don't see how the Raikage would hit Sasuke since he could predict his movements and dodge his attacks. Sasuke has Hawk summoning which he can fly to avoid attacks to, 3rd Raikage isn't immune to genjutsu so he will be put down like bee then Sasuke can easily spam Amaterasu.
