Isn't Kitsuchi Onoki's son?

Kitsuchi is Kurotsuchi's dad, Onoki is Kurotsuchi's grandpa, so doesn't that make Onoki and Kitsuchi father and son?
If so, then Kitsuchi is a disgrace. Well he's powerful, but he doesn't compare to Onoki. Same goes for Asuma and Hiruzen.

Kurotsuchi doesn't have Jinton and she can't fly as well and she is the strongest non-kage female xd and there is chance he doesn't have those 3 required elements he needs in order to use Jinton

I don't think he is. I think Kurotsuchi refers to the Tsuchikage the same way that Naruto refers to Tsunade as "Granny".
