minato cant dodge amaterasu

are you dense, amaterasu operates on line of sight, if it doesnt achieve full manifestation on the focal point it goes to the next place the eye focuses on in that line of sight, and as shown in the sasuke vs raikage fight it doesnt instantly attach to the focal point when it begins to manifest, which is why raikage could dodge and not have the black flames stick to him

and minato dodged raikage's v2 speed with ftg, what are you saying :sy:

i recall A hair never spiked up so its was lighting armor lvl 1 and amaterasu doesnt show sighs when its coming expecially if minato isnt looking at there eye for who ever said minato base speed>A speed

It's not that fast technique, im not fan of anyone.. but minato is faster than raikage A and he dodged it easily. minato can dodge it quite easily by jumping daggers or what so ever.

garra block enton release amaterasu spawns on skin his sand is about an inch off his skin so do your research

Im not a minato fan but clearly you're wrong. Amaterasu is a jutsu that needs to focus on something to actually hit it. If a target is too fast the user cannot hit him.
