[Theory] [Possible Spoiler?] The Real Uncovering of Tobi!?

So here is MY theory on who Tobi is. Now it may or may not make sense to you guys and there are obviously somethings that could be added or maybe taken away, but it just randomly hit me and so I want to know what you guys think ^^~~~

Tobi is Madara's brother, you know the one who Madara wanted to take control of? I mean think about it. I think his brother used the Izanagi to alter the time he died and escaped. Thank would explain Tobi's covered/missing eye since Izanagi blinds/closes the eye for good. And in the hatred for his brother he decided he was going to destroy Madara much like Sasuke wanted to Itachi. But once the 1st Hokage killed Madara and himself he set his focus on the leaf village much like Sasuke did when he learned about what Itachi was put through cause of the leaf village. Itachi and Sasuke are suppose to imitate Madara and his brother. That would be why Tobi was so surprised/upset to see that Kabuto had Madara's body like Sasuke was when he 1st saw Itachi alive again. That's also why Tobi is protecting Sasuke, because he reminds him of himself and all. There's a lot more behind it and all obviously but that's just a brief explanation of what I've come to a conclusion of.

This is what I've gathered so far about who Tobi might actually be >.<... So let me know what you all think and maybe help further uncover who he is ..

Sooo Tobi is Izuna? This has been stated many times before.

Anyway, it is not possible. Izuna would be in his 90's, if not 100, years old today. To old to be Tobi.

Well Tobi was affiliated with orochimaru at one point so it's possible he could have picked somehing or another up about immortality. I doubt orochimaru was the only one with knowledge on it.

xD this would be very nice of Naruto to do but we all know he takes the hard route to everything~. I do however think Tobi has to be SOMEONE. The personality doesn't seem to Fit Izuna but we dont really know much about him either. But it has to have some strong relation to madara in order for tobi to react how he did~

Madara took Izuna's (Madara's brother) eyes, transplanted it into his own eye sockets and activated EMS. Izanagi makes the Sharingan eye useless that uses it. Madara's eyes, which originally belonged to Izuna, still works fine last I saw. Which means that your theory on the other hand does not work fine last I saw.

You kinda contradict yourself xD.. I'm confused... I said it was Izuna not Madara? But now that I think about it, Izuna didn't have eyes from what was shown and many cases told. His body however was intact, I'm not sure who as i have no knowledge that deep into Naruto xD.. But he could have gotten the eyes of someone else, maybe deceased Uchiha with the help of his brother, Madara.. Izanagi could have been used for an extensive time much like Tobi during the Konan fight and thus fooling the others of his death?
