Captain Yamato in the war...

What's going to happen to Captain Yamato? I know he's Captured but why didn't they rescue him first? The leaf knows should already know that he is the only one with wood style and if they were to caputre him it would be for no good its a no brainer. Plus i'm pretty sure it would of been good to see yamato take on a few people with his wood style...he would be useful.

yeah but i mean after naruto was invloved in the war. they should of sent a little team to search and rescue for him. Naruto can take care of himself he's boss. xd

I think they assumed he was dead, and didn't want to risk any more lives to retrieve him/his body.

He's a vegetable/catatonic anyway, only Tsunade could heal him now and she might die soon.

True, i'm pretty sure tsunade will die soon. but isn't yamato just sedated with kabuto's poison?

Yeap they dont know where's yamato otherwise it would been great if yamato was in battlefield.it will give leaf the extra defence n he is tactically good.so he would have been a great plus point.waiting to see him in the war!
