How did Madara get the Rinnegan again?

Hey guys! Do you remember Madara clearly stating how he got the Rinnegan? I only remember him saying something like he awakened it because he mastered the sharingan or something like that. So does that mean anyone who's mastered the Sharingan, can awaken the Rinnegan? And LOL I even remember in the old episodes that them Kakashi said that the Sharingan originated from the Byakugan. This is confusing.

Well from what they have explained, sharingan turns into MS to EMS then to rinnegan... Theyve explaines the other stages but some people think that suigetsu has a scroll that explains the awakening of the rinnegan... So we'll just have to find out

He explained it when Neji and Hinata were fighting in the Chunin exams before (I think that was the part). If it wasn't Kakashi who said that, maybe it was Lee but I think it was Kakashi. And what do you mean at his deathbed? Like he was about to die and he just suddenly awakened the Rinnegan??

I think Madara got it because of his fight with Hashirama. That fight must have been his most traumatizing experience. Both Rinnegan and the Sharingan require some type of emotional trauma for them to be awakened. But first you need EMS before you can awaken the Rinnegan.

Some people believe that an Uchiha requires a Senju's DNA before they awaken the Rinnegan. This is just speculation, but it could be a requirement. And the mistery on how Nagato got the Rinnegan is still not clear. It is believed that he had that specific genetic mutaion that allowed him to awaken it, and some believe that Tobi just gave it to him for unknown reasons.

But one thing makes me confused, when the rinnegan lies beyond the ems, how on earth get nagato the rinnegan and when tobi realy gave nagato a sharingan to progress zo rinnegan, why he awaken instantly the rinnegan and not awaken a regular sharingan ?
I think when its the truth that tobi gaves him, then he gave him not a normal sharingan, he must gave him a full progressed rinnegan, otherwise it doesnt sound logicel to me.

I saw some post that said that the rinnegan given to nagato was madara's rinnegan, then i guess when madara was supposed to be ressurrected by nagato the. Madara was gonna take his eyes back... Seem like a plausible explanation
