a good counter for danzos fighting style is having a lot of chakra & stamina,
hiruzen had this as we know, when the anbu said that he used to use the mass shadow clone jutsu when he fights

Sarutobi wins. I don't think Danzo's KA is as good as Shisui's. When Ao told Mifune what Danzo did to him, he kind of snapped out of it. If Sarutobi summons Enma with him (which he will) then Danzo has to use KA on only one and the other will set him straight.
