Yeah it took me about 2 minutes Maybe the 9tails would break it on a whim but just maybe + Sasuke with his sharingan saw the 9tails in naruto and suppressed it !!! (when team 7 reunited with sasuke at oro's hideout)

kyuubi was willing giving him chakra, and that amount of chakra allows naruto to have some control over him

but the chakra that leaks out of naruto in 4 tailed form is completely different and much more powerful, not sure sasuke can suppress that much >.>

Your actually incorrect; Sasuke does have Tsukuyomi controlled from his right eye and is weaker then Itachi's his only can break will and paralyze an opponent he can't control time and space.
In order to use Susanoo it's written in one of the databooks you have to have Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu.

I have to say 4 tails on rampage would be the possibly win, simply because at that point Naruto would just be flying around with his speed so Amaterasu would have problems hitting him (Sasuke running was keeping distance for awhile against Itachi) The next would be Sasuke's Tsukuyomi if he never makes eye contact there wouldn't be any connection there would be no problem, plus with his Bijuu chakra it would disrupt the genjutsu, last but not least is Susanoo this would cause a problem for the 4 tails but again you said MS Sasuke so Susanoo would end up draining, straining, and blinding Sasuke giving Naruto a chance to break through and destroy him.
Even if Sasuke was to shoot arrows the 4 tails mode could evade them, so in the end it would be an endurance test but I believe Naruto's high Chakra reserve, Bijuu form would out last Sasuke.

As for the higlighted text youre wrong: one of Sasuke's eye has amaterasu and the other has the ability to manipulate it so he doesnt have tsukoyomi.
