From the beginning I was never for the "Kony" thing. I always said that it would be huge the first 48 hours then die off. I always had the Kony Hipsters arguing with me about how heartless I was for not supporting the lil kids.

I find it hysterical that all the people who shared the video and posted it on twitter, facebook, tumblr and even narutobase.. (90% OF THOSE PEOPLE) have let the Kony craze die.

Too many people didn't do any necessary research and instead made rash decisions. I knew the whole thing was a bit dodgy. Like seriously, they wanted people to go and fill their streets with posters saying 'catch Kony', and I was like 'how the f*ck is that going to help catch one guy in Uganda?'. Then we found out the leader of the organisation was a wacko. Then, I found out he was making some ridiculous money from the organisation, and that only 30% was actually going towards the specified cause. Next we learned Kony hadn't even been in Uganda since 2006. When it was confirmed it was pretty much BS I was just like 'well, aint that some shit'.

I actually don't really get the whole Kony thing, child soldiers and rape in Congo big shocker...Besides, I see still see Congo as the country that still blames Belgium for their poverty and misfortune and still asks money of the Belgium government as payment for the things they did more than 60 years ago. Also that money goes to the corrupt leaders of Congo who use it to well...get richer.(p.s. The money the Belgians made in Congo belongs to the royal family and the money that goes to Congo is paid by your average Belgian citizen who probably doesn't know about the shit Belgians did in Congo back than.)
So yeah, I don't see the shit that goes on in Afrika ending...ever.
