NB Rank Senseis

So was it true that NB used to have senseis for every rank? What happened with that; why did you stop?

Anyone from around back then who can enlighten me more although I can already surmise why.

Clarification: NB used to have senseis that taught a specific rank. Like Genin Sensei, Chuunin, etc.

Far too many people to train. Which means, selective sensei's won't be able to teach all those people all at once. Creating even more of a bottle neck than it is now.

yes like vision said it would only increase the work load to sensei .so it was stopped.

because it would only further help the higher ranks, because there are alot of gennin and chunin jounin compared to sannin and up, so the higher ranks would still get trained quicker

Nah, there are less genins and chuunins. Even then, genins and chuunins only have D-ranks and C-ranks, leaving the ones teaching genins and chuunins extremely free. Take Vision for example, the guy who posted in this thread. He has an 8.5k post count. The rest in this thread and S-class and up.

And I am not sure about that system but I am pretty sure it wouldn't work out in our current rp.

It is true. NarutoBase had a system in which each rank had select senseis. That was part of the whole RP revamp back in 2009. Unfortunately, the poor saps who got stuck as the Genin senseis (like me) ended up having to train an average of 6 people at a time whenever they logged in. It's been done away with. The training system we have now is perfectly fine, and it doesn't restrict senseis to training a particular group of people. I'm sorry, but if I were only allowed to train Genin, I wouldn't want to be a sensei. I enjoy raising up the new generations, but I'm also a teacher for the elite, and there are specific things I can teach higher level ninja that Genin, Chuunin, and Jounin alike cannot yet understand.

no offense but that kinda sucked....

though i wasn't here at the time i can imagine how it must have been... though they might be able to come up with some sort of system that worked even better.. idk

honestly there should give some kind of auto-train to the low ranks, you can be jounin or s-class and has no training at all yet..
