I disagree. There's not enough hard evidence on Shisui, so it's pointless to rank him. I believe Itachi might be one of the fastest sign weavers ever, but I wouldn't put him equal with Minato in sheer speed of body. I agree with your assessment of Kakashi and Sasuke, though I might favor Sasuke in this case. Also, no love for the Raikage? There's multiple sources saying that the only person to match/beat him in speed was Minato.

seriously though my list is;
1. Minato <- because no-one has yet to be shown or spoken of as faster than him, throughout the series. *even without FTG* if they have mentioned that he is slower than someone without FTG please quote the chapter before argueing this point
2. Tobi <- who was quoted by Zetsu to be faster than light. <-if you want the link ask and I'll post it for you
3. Gai<- nuff said
4. Itachi<- can't take all the babble going around about Sasuke being faster....that's just NO, just no!
5. Neji <- odd one I know. I was tempted to put Sasuke here but just imagine how fast this guy has to be to create an absolute defence tech with his gentle fist technique?! :scorps:

Gai is faster than Itachi! Itachi isn't that fast, we haven't seen him any impressive speed feats. I don't know why so many people saying that Itachi is fast.

Zetsu didn't had time to react. I know Zetsu is a non-fighter but still. He even said his speed is insane.

So for me in base speed it's:
- Minato
- Raikage
- Madara(he is really fast. Raikage said that)
- Itachi/Gai/Bee(but i think Bee and Gai are a little bit faster in fight)
- Kakashi/Sasuke

Itachi has 3 speed feats in this manga.
1) Kicking kurenai and instantly making a clone and appearing behind her almost at the same time she got to the position.

2)When him and nagato stood infront of Bee and Naruto, He jumped and moved so fast that bee didn't notice, He had to be warned by nagato the sensor, and ofc naruto noticed since he sensed evil intent

3)Standing infront of bee once again in one moment, then appearing behind him the other
