GTA Games or Saint Row Games

Which do you guys like best?
I like Gta games more, they seem more realistic. The latest GTA I played was GTA 4 and it was epic. Nico Belic is a badass lol.

Right now I'm playing Saint Row the Third and it's horrible. I was going to buy it but my friend let me borrow it for a week. I'm so glad i didn't buy it. I feel like it's a rip off of GTA games. But i'm still playing it for achievements.

Is the Scary Movie Series a rip-off? No, it's supposed to make fun of the originals. Same with Saints Row, it may not be realistic but The Third was fun as hell. Now don't get me wrong, I still like GTA better but STR was damn fun.

It's a hard thing to pick. SR3 is more over the top while GTA IV needs to be on PC and requires a trainer for it to even compare. I'm a big fan of both but SA > SR2 IV > SR3. SR3 wins when it comes to fun, who doesn't like going around slapping citizens with a floppy purple dildo? It isn't anything like a GTA ripoff. What makes you think that?

I agree Saint Row the third is fun but it's only good to pass the time.

If GTA had flying out of airplanes and stuff like that it will be even better.
Let's see if GTA 5 will have these kind of things.

I highly doubt it, GTA is more serious than SR3. Although falling out a plane/crashing one would have some really nice physics.

Let's be honest, I loved SA like a brother, but now that I look back on it and play it on PC & PS2, it's utter shit man.. controls are terrible texture popping, etc. Sure it had original shit like tagging and what not but compared to GTA LC Stories, it's bad.

SR is Epic af. and IMO its completely different then GTA. GTA TRIES to be more realiistic and saints row is aboutr having fun and getting a cheap laugh.

Can you shoot people in the Nuts and see then grab them in pain in GTA? No.
Can you punch people in the nuts and watch them cruble to the ground in agony? No.
can you do and hand to hand combat combos in GTA? no. Are their Zombies in GTA? No.
Is Burt Reynolds the Mayor of any GTA city? No.

do you get the point?
This question isn't a fair comparison because the games truly are meant to be different. SR got sick of being called a cheap knock off of GTA so they made it their own by adding funnier elements to a free roam city. The Car customization in SR is Kick-ass, the guns are way more over the top, in SR2 you could buy weed and get high, could you ever do that in GTA? no SR is all about comedy.

Saints Row is more like a GTA parody... I like both, and I don't think I can judge, as I view one completing the other... GTA lacks humor, Saints Row lacks realism... So, I play both, according to my mood...
