1. kakashi -Great skills

2. Shikamaru- Great tactician

Naruto is capable of becoming the hokage, He is strong and smart (in his own way) so i don't see why he shouldn't plus in my opinion the show would be pointless if naruto doesn't become the hokage :/

Naruto yes he is very capable after defeating pain people were saying that he deserved to be Hokage in the Village. ( Can't remember the Ep )

But Naruto isn't that smart, and doesn't like to do work
Plus he already got all the Village to like him anyway
So I say when this Ninja War is over, people will respect him even more, and will not have to become Hokage, and stay a Genin​

All Naruto wanted in the beginning was for his Village to recognise him, and be respected
And after the War, he will probably get that. So there will be no need to become Hokage!

i think he is capable but i think a better posision will be offered to him when the war is over... THE KAGE or to put it in other words... he'll be the head kage of a bigger military force that they combine.. and the kage's will be the generals but still called the kage... but of 5 diff factions consisting of each hidden villiage... for example...

Head KAGE/world guardian : naruto

naruto's right and left hands : Sasuke and Sakura

naruto's personal body guards: Konoha 11 (including sasuke)

faction 1, Hidden Leaf: Hokage/general
faction 2, Hidden stone: Tchuchikage/general
faction 3, Hidden sand: Kazekage/general
faction 4, Hidden mist: Mizukage/general
Faction 5, Hidden cloud: Raikage/general

they should erase there respective villiage from existence and pretty much move all of them to be closer to eachother to form one GIANT CITY with districts... and the names of the districts will be the names of there previous villiages...

6th hokage was Danzo although his face isn't on the mountain and most likely never will be.

Naruto is plenty capable of being Hokage just like Raikage is the Raikage even though he's a hot head. Naruto would just need assistants for the paper work or use clones. The Hokages main role is to protect the village and not paperwork. But i'd rather have Kakashi as Hokage and Naruto in a higher position or do what Jiriya did a just travel.
