How did kabuto get ginkaku & kinkaku's dna/blood samples ?
The only answer would be from their corpses, as no way kabuto could've got from elsewhere.
However,my main question is, why didn't he take the SO6P's sacred tools from ginkaku & kinkaku's bodies ?

because the sacred tools were kept by villages, they weren't on the corpses themselves.
Oh and Ginkaku and Kinkaku were probably able to summon the tools once they became edo's

well about SO6P tools dunno why. Kabuto was a spy he traveled almost every village collecting info so maybe he got DNA samples when he was spying at kumo

im guessing cuz he cant use it?...cuz it takes too much chakra to use them as u can see in the manga and the only ones who can maintain a grip on the weapons are those with big amount of chakra...like jinchurikis ^^

no,you're wrong. They could obtain just one sacred tool from the gold-silver brothers.here's the proof:

as someone stated above, kabuto wouldn't have enough chakra to wield those tools, thats why he didn't take them.

I guess he didnt take the tools because may be he forgot. Summoning all those ninjas must have kept him busy and he forgot or didnt know about them because for a collector of kabuto's status,(as we have seen in the recent events) jutsus and DNA, he would be a fool not to get them unless he didn't know about them.

Kabuto was a spy for everyone and worked in Oro's lab.In this time he probably collected the DNA then and for the tools,him with them would be pointless.

Why would he take them??? They are pretty weak.And im sure Kabuto could use those weapons for a substantial amount of time because lack of chakra isn't something Kabuto has ever shown.
