For some reason I think Naruto will die and become the legend that is told for how the shinobi world became one. Sasuke will live and become the SO6P keeping balance in the world.

Time for some conspiracy..
I thought about this too. Maybe after the war, people will live united, and everyone will be happy. Although, that would mean there's no reason for missions, and without missions, no more ranking up and whatnot. therefore no ranks, no ninja.. Everyone would become normal and over time, being a ninja would just be a myth. Due to evolution (if you believe in that) we'd have no need for chakra control or manipulation of things like fire/water etc. So we'd lose all ninja powers. Of course, there'd be an underground clan that still practices ninjutsu and would rise to power when this happens, The leaders of these clans would split up into roughly 5 groups for easier manipulation over the population. Then they'd need to rebel.. The first thing they'd think of is fight "fire with fire" So over time, people would regain ninja abilities and throw over their own governments and become 5 seperate nations again and everything returns to normal

Nah There will still be nations, I think that Kishi has been stressing the point about how it takes a common enemy to bring people together and people have such hard times getting over petty tiffs. Without a common enemy the Shinobi alliance will fall apart, cause as Kishi sees us we all love war.

The problem is there are all villages in different countries. They are politicians of sorts but the That's like capitols in 5 different countries saying we are demand the rest of the country become one and we will become one Mega-Power.
Beyond that that creates all sort of political issues. Who will lead? Raikage would be a bad leader. But he would never settle for a seat of inferiority. Mei seems nice enough but she doesn't exactly strike me as being other to keep the other 4 kages at bay if they disagree. Gaara is to young for that much authority expressly in terms of PR. I doubt the Country's leader will go for it. Oonoki will die soon. Tsunade perhaps but Oonoki and A would protest. There would have to be a counsel. Having the 5 kage but each shinobi would still be patriotic to their native country and kage.

Most likely there won't be any Kages, because they're not needed. Currently the ''Shinobi'' is fighting against Akatsuki for peace and if they'll win(they will), leaders are useless. Even though there may be some paperwork to do.
